As we did not complete furnishing our Florence apartment until 2009, the rental rates are much below comparable [and much smaller] apartments in Florence to introduce as many guests to our Florence apartment as possible. 15% discounts are available if there are four or fewer guests staying in this large 3-bedroom apartment, and the rental rates are very low for longer stays: see “Booking” for pricing.
Rome:
Rental rates for our Rome apartments have not increased in years, and –due to the recession– were reduced in 2009, particularly for Rome Apartment #2! 15% discounts are also now available if there are two or fewer guests in either of the apartments, and the rental rates are very low for longer stays: see “Booking” for pricing.
