Our Florence Apartment
This very large and luxurious three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is on the “secondo piano” [American third floor – and top floor] of a 16th Century Renaissance palazzo. The plumbing, electrical, heating and air-conditioning systems were thoroughly updated in 2008. Our apartment has a new kitchen, new bathrooms, and central air conditioning [with individual room controls], telephone, high speed WiFi, stereo system, international [including English-speaking] TV, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all supplies.
With the assistance of a well-known Rome architect and Florentine interior designer, the apartment has been beautifully furnished with oriental carpets over oak floors, antiques, original artwork, and designer linens, as well as new appliances.
The apartment is approximately 1650 square feet, all rooms are large, with abundant natural light [all rooms have large double-paned windows]. The living room itself is approximately 400 sq. feet, and adjoins a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances including a dishwasher. Each bedroom is large, with a queen size bed, writing desk and very large closets. One bathroom has a tub/shower, the other a large walk-in shower, both with hairdryers and towel warmers. Although no elevator, the apartment is an easy walk up to the second floor.
Pricing
All prices are in euros and include internet access, local telephone. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including full kitchen, all linens, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, stereo, international TV, high speed internet access, telephone, etc. Prices do not include cleaning fee of E 100/week or portion thereof. 15% discount where indicated by asterisk if 4 or less guests in apartment.
