Our two apartments adjoin each other on one floor and may both be rented for larger groups. Each consists of two bedrooms (one with queen bed; the other with two twin beds which may be combined into a kingsize bed), and two bathrooms. Although each apartment is quite large, no more than four people are permitted to stay in either apartment. Apartments must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure; an apartment will be cleaned by 2 p.m. on the day of guests’ arrival. Prices include local telephone heating and air-conditioning. During most times, there is a 15% discount off the prices below if only two people are staying in an apartment.
FLORENCE APARTMENT:
This is a very large (approx. 1600 sq. ft) three-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the historic Renaissance center of Florence. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, writing desk, and large closets. Although the apartment is quite large, no more than six people are permitted to stay in the apartment. Apartment must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure; the apartment will be cleaned by 2 p.m. on the day of guests’ arrival. Prices include local telephone heating and air-conditioning. During most times, there is a 15% discount off the prices below if only four or fewer people are staying in an apartment.
Reservations, Payment and Cancellation
All prices are in euros and include High Speed Internet, International TV, local telephone. All apartments fully furnished and equipped, including full kitchen, all linens, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, stereo, etc.
The Rome apartments adjoin one another and thus, 4 bedrooms are possible. Located in Historic Centre, v.d. Governo Vecchio, Adjoining Piazza Navona.

Reservations, Payment and Cancellation
To make a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required. The balance of payment is due 150 days prior to commencement of the stay. If the balance of payment is not timely received, the reservation and deposit will be lost.
All funds received will be nonrefundable unless another person rents the premises for the same period: in such case, 80% of the amounts received from the new person will be offset against the funds paid by the canceling person and the balance refunded to the canceling person.
Cleaning Expense and Damage Deposit
There is a cleaning charge of E100 for each week, or portion thereof, of guests’ visits; generally speaking, cleaning occurs every Saturday morning or immediately upon the departure of a guest. A damage deposit of$500 is also required for damages/repairs/losses during a stay. The unused portion of this will be returned within two weeks of the stay. Guests are ultimately responsible for all damages, losses, and cleaning incurred during the stay. Cleaning charges and the damage deposit are to be paid two weeks prior to arrival.
